Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 30 g coriander
- 2 g black peppercorns
- 4 g mustard seeds, brown
- 30 g cumin
- 1 cardamom pod, green
- 1 chili pepper(s), dried, without stem
- 10 g ginger, ground
- 10 g turmeric, ground
Instructions

for vegetables
Toast spices listed whole in a pan without adding any fat until they begin to release their intense aroma. Add the ground spices and remove the pan from the heat. Let cool, then crush in a mortar and pestle or finely grind in a food processor.
