  • 30 g coriander
  • 2 g black peppercorns
  • 4 g mustard seeds, brown
  • 30 g cumin
  • 1 cardamom pod, green
  • 1 chili pepper(s), dried, without stem
  • 10 g ginger, ground
  • 10 g turmeric, ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

for vegetables

Toast spices listed whole in a pan without adding any fat until they begin to release their intense aroma. Add the ground spices and remove the pan from the heat. Let cool, then crush in a mortar and pestle or finely grind in a food processor.
