Curry Rice Salad
The perfect curry rice salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Rice
- 2 St. Red pointed peppers
- 2 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
- 1 tsp Freshly chopped dill
- 1 Can Corn kernels
- 200 g Herbal cream cheese
- 100 ml Cream
- 2 tsp Curry
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Boil the rice and drain.
- Cut the peppers into small cubes and place in a bowl. The corn and herbs as well. Add the rice and mix well.
- Mix the cream cheese with the cream and curry and pour over the salad. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Simply delicious. Enjoy your meal !
