Curry Rice Salad

The perfect curry rice salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Rice
  • 2 St. Red pointed peppers
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped parsley frizzy
  • 1 tsp Freshly chopped dill
  • 1 Can Corn kernels
  • 200 g Herbal cream cheese
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 2 tsp Curry
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Boil the rice and drain.
  2. Cut the peppers into small cubes and place in a bowl. The corn and herbs as well. Add the rice and mix well.
  3. Mix the cream cheese with the cream and curry and pour over the salad. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper.
  4. Simply delicious. Enjoy your meal !
