Curry Rice

The perfect curry rice recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 gr Rice
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  1. Sauté the onion cubes in butter. Add rice and sauté briefly.
  2. Season with curry and pour in the broth.
  3. Cook rice until soft, stirring constantly. Possibly add more water.
