Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 60 g natural yogurt
- 30 g mayonnaise
- 15 ml orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- 1 pinch of chili flakes
- 1 tsp curry powder
- ½ tsp, leveled turmeric
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Blend the yogurt with the mayonnaise until creamy. Then stir in the freshly squeezed orange juice. Season with sweet mustard, chili flakes, curry powder, and turmeric. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Pairs well with a green salad with cucumber, corn, and smoked turkey breast.
