Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 cup of tomato ketchup or 4 tbsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp Madras curry powder or other curry mix
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, hot
- Cayenne pepper, to taste
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Bring all ingredients to a boil. It tastes great both hot and cold and will keep in the refrigerator for about 4 weeks.
