Spread the love

  • 1 banana(s), ripe, or peaches, from the can, drained
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

or yogurt-peach

Pour the yogurt into a tall container, such as a measuring jug. Add the banana or peach, blend well, then season with pepper, salt, and plenty of curry powder. If you like it spicy, like me, add sambal oelek as desired. It keeps well in the refrigerator. It tastes great with cold poultry or baguette, and it’s also a great addition to barbecues.
