Curry Sauce

The perfect curry sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • Oil
  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 Chopped garlic
  • 1 Paprika
  • 1 Tomato paste
  • 150 g Sugar brown
  • 2 tsp Extra hot paprika powder
  • 4 tsp Curry powder
  • 2 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp Beef broth
  • 1 Chilli pepper
  • Curry ketchup
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Finely dice the onion, finely chop the garlic, wash the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces, finely chop the chilli pepper, dissolve the beef stock with hot water.
  2. Put the oil in a hot pan, sweat the onions and garlic in it. Add the paprika, season with salt, pepper, paprika powder and sugar. Add the tomato paste, chilli pepper and stir well. Deglaze with Worcester sauce, add the curry powder and the broth and good Let it boil down and then bind with curry ketchup.
