Lamb's lettuce with apples

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g lamb’s lettuce
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 1 apple, red
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • Herb salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Trim the lamb’s lettuce, slice the red onion into half rings, and cut the apple into small pieces (leaving the skin on). Combine the ingredients in a salad bowl. Mix the salad dressing and pour over the salad. Add more vinegar than directed, depending on your taste. Mix thoroughly and let the salad stand for about 15 minutes before eating.
