Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey meat, shredded
  • 1 tbsp clarified butter
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp curry
  • 500 ml chicken broth, hot
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 100 g yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Brown the turkey breast strips in the melted fat. Add the onions and sauté. Season with salt and pepper. Add the flour, curry paste, and tomato paste and sauté briefly. Deglaze with the chicken stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Heat the crème fraîche and yogurt. This dish goes best with spaetzle and a green salad. It tastes even better with mild curry paste (jar).
