Turkey breast made easy

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey breast fillets
  • 400 ml broth
  • Salt
  • Paprika powder
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Wash the turkey breasts, pat dry, season with salt, and dust with paprika. Sear on all sides in a little oil. Place in a casserole dish and pour over the broth, but do not completely cover. Bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Turn halfway through. Then thicken the broth for a sauce or serve as a soup with pancakes or similar.
