Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 beef sausages (Frankfurter beef sausage)
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 250 ml vegetable stock
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • e.g. curry powder
  • e.g. Paprika powder, sweet or hot
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slice the sausages and fry them in a deep pan. Halve the onion, slice it, and add it to the sausage slices. Add the tomato paste and fry. Deglaze with the vegetable stock and season with curry powder and paprika. Reduce the sauce to taste. This tastes best with fresh bread.
