Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 ½ kg pork neck
- salt and pepper
- 1 bottle of barbecue sauce
- 4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tbsp brown sugar
- 3 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp chili powder

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 hours; Total time approx. 3 hours 20 minutes
Suitable for men
Season the pork roast with salt and pepper. Mix the marinade ingredients and marinate the roast for at least 1 hour at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 160°C and place the roast in a covered roasting pan in the oven at 160°C fan-assisted for 3 hours. Turn the roast once every hour or so and baste with the sauce. Add a little more water if the sauce becomes too sticky.
