Currywurst pan with cucumber salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 frankfurters
  • 2 onions
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 package of tomatoes, pureed
  • Salt
  • curry powder
  • Sugar
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp vinegar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thinly slice the cucumber and sprinkle with salt. Let stand for 10 minutes. Slice the sausages and dice the onions. Heat the oil in a non-stick pan, fry half of the diced onions and the sausage slices. Deglaze with the tomatoes, season well, and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with sugar. Mix the yogurt with the cucumbers and the remaining diced onions. Add the vinegar and season with salt and cayenne pepper. Serve with pasta.
