Currywurst skewers

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Paprika, red
  • 4 Grilled sausages
  • Rapeseed oil to taste
  • *Curryketchup

  • Buffalo mozzarella
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Mini – lettuce heart
  • 1 Pair Spring onions
  • 1 Carrot
  • Rapeseed oil to taste

  • Salt, gourmet pepper
  • 2 Discs Toasted bread, toasted
  • 4 Pickled gherkins

Currywurst skewers

  1. Peel the onion, cut into wedges and chop the rest of it, set aside. Cut the bell pepper into large pieces. Cut the grilled sausages into thick slices. Take four wooden skewers and first put the grilled sausage slice on top, then onion wedges, coarse pieces of paprika.
  2. Repeat twice and do the same for the other three. Take a small baking dish and brush it with rapeseed oil. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees with a fan oven. Put the currywurst skewers in there. The remaining onions as well as the remaining pepper pieces, which I also cut into small pieces.

  1. Let it fry for about 35 minutes. After about 20 minutes, add the curry ketchup and let it cook to the end. In the meantime, prepare a small salad. Chop the tomato, dice. Cut the carrot with a spiral cutter. cut into rings. Salad heart in strips. Dice the rest of the buffalo mozzarella as well.
  2. Put everything together in a bowl. Season with rapeseed oil, * sweet shadow “, a little salt & gourmet pepper. Take one or second plate and place the skewer in the middle. Place the toast slice that was cut diagonally on the right and left. Decorate with pickles. Serve the salad separately.
