Custard Brownies
The perfect custard brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 375 g Chocolate
- 250 g Butter
- 375 g Sugar
- 5 Eggs
- 325 g Flour
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 150 g Ground almonds
- 2 Pck. Custard powder
- 750 ml Milk
- 6 tbsp Sugar
Make custard
- 2 pack. Mix the vanilla pudding powder with 8 tbsp milk. Bring the rest of the milk to the boil with 6 tablespoons of sugar. Add pudding milk and allow to thicken. Cooling down.
Prepare the brownie dough
- Chop and melt the chocolate, allow to cool. Mix butter with sugar until creamy. Stir in the eggs one by one. Then mix the flour with the baking powder and fold in with the ground almonds. And add the melted chocolate.
Pour the dough into the shape
- Put half of the brownie batter in a 30 x 40 pan, top with the vanilla pudding, spread the rest of the batter on top and marble with a fork. Bake the brownies at 180 degrees fan-assisted (200 degrees with top / bottom heat) for about 40 minutes. Let cool and cut into pieces. FINISHED!
