Tina’s Bolognese

  • 2 Teaspoon. Strength
  1. Finely dice the tomatoes, onions and peppers as well as the soup greens and fry them with 1-2 tablespoons of oil to create roasted aromas. At the same time sear the meat separately in a pan, then add and deglaze the tomato paste and add the whole thing to the pieces of vegetables. Then add the aivar and the spices and simmer for 15-20 minutes. if necessary tie off a little.
  2. Is also wonderful as a filling, for example for my patties or arancinis, or as a pancake filling. But then reduce it well. I reserved a bowl in front of it (freeze if necessary).
