Custard with Strawberries

The perfect custard with strawberries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 gr Strawberries
  • 2 essl Sugar
  • 1 pck Custard without cooking
  • 1 pck Red cake topping
  • 1 pck Vanilla sugar
  • Milk for the pudding
  1. Marinate strawberries with sugar and vanilla sugar. At least 3 hours.
  2. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions.
  3. Put the strawberries through a sieve. Collect the juice.
  4. Fill up the juice to a quarter of a liter with water. Mix the sugar and icing and gradually stir in the liquid. Bring to the boil briefly and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Fill the pudding into glass bowls and top with the strawberries. Pour the cake topping over them.
