Vegan: Millet – Sesame – Vegetables – Moons (patties)
The perfect vegan: millet – sesame – vegetables – moons (patties) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 gr Swollen + cooked millet
- 5 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
- 1 small Chopped onion
- 100 g Silken tofu
- 1 tsp Turmeric – turmeric
- Bring the millet to the boil briefly in a vegetable broth and then swell for about 20 minutes and let it cool down.
- Put the sesame seeds in a pan and roast a little, this gives the whole thing a round taste.
- Put the silken tofu in a bowl and the other ingredients as well, mix everything together well and roll out a dough about 2 cm thick and cut out parts with a cookie cutter, you can also form patties, I made that with the rest of the dough.
- Bake all parts in hot oil and serve as a side dish.
- These millet moons / patties were part of our veggie evening 🙂
