Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 250 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 pts. vanilla sugar
- 550 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Egg yolk, for brushing
- Chocolate sprinkles or colorful
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Christmas cookies
Makes approximately 4 baking sheets (60 pieces). Knead everything into a dough. If the dough is still sticky, add a little flour. Let it rest for 30 minutes, then roll out the dough and cut out cookies. Brush with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with colored or brown sprinkles. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10-12 minutes.
