Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g butter
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 500 g quark
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder
  • 150 g sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar (Bourbon)
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 cup oil
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

Make a shortcrust pastry from the dough ingredients and place it in a greased springform pan. Mix all ingredients for topping 1 and pour it onto the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 45 minutes. Beat the egg whites with the sugar until stiff and pour it onto the quark mixture. Bake for another 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool in it.
