  • 6 eggs
  • 1 pair of Vienna sausages
  • 2 rolls
  • 1 onion(s)
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • Herbs
  • Maggi
  • butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Quick scrambled eggs with integrated bread

Finely chop the onion. Cut the bread rolls into small pieces (approx. 1 cm – 1.5 cm cubes). Slice the wiener and halve again. Sauté the onion in butter over medium heat, add the bread pieces and the wiener. Beat in the eggs. Add the chives and season.
