Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 slice(s) pork loin(s)
  • 1 small can/bulb(s)
  • 4 large mushrooms
  • 300 ml milk
  • 30 ml Whiskey Bourbon
  • 8 tbsp honey
  • 150 g cheese, grated
  • 250 g pasta, cooked
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Pork salmon steak, mushrooms and pear gratinated on noodles

First, wash the steaks, season with salt and pepper, rub them with honey, and sear them. Transfer the cooked pasta to a baking dish and place the roasted meat on top. Briefly bring the milk, bourbon, and pear juice to a boil in a pan with the pears and mushrooms. Place the pears on the steaks, pour the mushrooms and sauce over the steaks and pasta, sprinkle with cheese, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until the cheese is golden brown.
