- 4 eggs
- 150 g cream cheese
- 2 tbsp remoulade
- ½ tbsp mustard, medium hot
- salt and pepper
- Cayenne pepper
- chives
- Parsley

Whisk the cream cheese, remoulade, and mustard until smooth and season with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Peel and chop the cooled, hard-boiled eggs, and fold them into the cream. Sprinkle the salad with fresh herbs, such as chives and parsley. Serve with smoked salmon strips and fresh farmhouse bread.
