Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 slice(s) of bread
  • 2 tbsp fried onions
  • Paprika powder
  • curry powder
  • Seasoning mix for French fries
  • Caraway seeds
  • ketchup
  • Mayonnaise or remoulade
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Fried egg

Heat oil in a pan and crack the eggs into it. Break the yolks of both eggs to make them hard. Then scatter the fried onions on top, then add all the spices, including caraway seeds if desired, but not too much. Place the bread on a plate, add the cooked eggs, and drizzle with ketchup, mayonnaise, or remoulade sauce, either on top of the egg or on the side.
