Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 125 g chocolate, good milk or dark chocolate
  • 125 g chocolate (Daim)
  • 1 small bottle(s) of butter-vanilla flavoring
  • ½ bag of confectionery (Daim confectionery)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 100 g butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 4 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 30 minutes

Break the two types of chocolate (either milk or dark) and the Daim chocolate into the cut-out portions. Unwrap the Daim candies, place them in a bag, and crush them with a pestle. Bring the cream to a boil. Once boiling, remove from the heat, stir the chocolate pieces into the hot cream, add the butter and the butter-vanilla flavoring, and stir until smooth and dissolved. Finally, add the crushed Daim candies and then pour into glasses. This will make enough for two glasses. Once cooled, refrigerate the mixture. The Daim cream tastes incredibly delicious for breakfast.
