Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp flour
- some mineral water
- Salt
- 100 g ham, raw
- 250 g wild garlic leaves, washed and dried
- 50 g butter
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml sour cream
- Cheese, grated
- salt and pepper
- 200 g smoked pork, cooked
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Make a smooth dough from the dough ingredients. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes. Cut the ham into small cubes and finely slice the wild garlic (reserve a few leaves for garnishing). Cut the smoked pork into small cubes. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Melt the butter in a pan, brown the ham, add the sliced wild garlic leaves, and sauté for 3 to 5 minutes. Chill. Grease a baking pan, roll out the dough, line the pan with it right up to the edges, and prick the base several times with a fork. Mix the sour cream with the eggs, add the wild garlic, grated cheese, and smoked pork, season, and spread over the dough. Bake in the oven for 45 to 60 minutes. Serve hot and garnish with the wild garlic leaves.
