Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 50 daisies, of which only the plucked petals
- 3 tbsp mascarpone
- 1 tbsp crème fraîche
- 2 tbsp double cream cheese
- 2 tbsp cream
- ½ lemon(s), untreated, peel
- ½ lemon(s), juice only
- ½ tsp honey
- Salt, a pinch
- ¼ orange(s), untreated, peel only
Instructions
Working time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 8 minutes
Cheese and daisy spread
Simply mix all the ingredients together well. Add a little more honey if you’d like it sweeter. You can also give it an Asian twist by adding some freshly chopped coriander and ginger.
