Dandelion blossom schnapps

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 70 g dandelion petals
  • 700 ml vodka
  • 1 tbsp honey, fine flower, bee or forest honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour

Remove all green parts from the petals. Carefully rinse the petals and pat dry, then transfer them to a wide-mouthed bottle. Pour the vodka over the petals and add the honey. Seal the bottle and let it steep in a slightly warm place for about a week. Shake the mixture well every now and then. Filter the liquor and pour it into a boiling-hot, rinsed bottle. Seal the bottle tightly. Store in the refrigerator. An ideal aperitif or digestive.
