Dandelion Honey
The perfect dandelion honey recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Dandelion petals
- 2 packet Preserving sugar 2: 1
- 2 piece Lemons (organic)
- 1 liter Water
- Pluck the dandelion flowers on a sunny day, everything that is green must be cut away. Weigh out 300 g of the yellow petals. Wash the lemons, cut them into slices and boil them with the flowers and 1 liter of water for 30 minutes.
- Strain through a cloth. And slowly boil the liquid with the sugar for an hour, stir well.
- If the jelly drips from the spoon like honey during the gelling test, it’s done. Fill into clean jam jars, close immediately and allow to cool.
