Ingredients

Dip:

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 300 g Ground beef
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 Cup Water
  • 1 go. tsp Paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • Pepper salt
  • 250 g Mild tortilla chips
  • 140 g Cheddar coarsely grated
  • 100 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • Salt, pinch of sugar

Instructions

  • Peel the onion, cut into small cubes. Skin the garlic, finely chop. Fry both in a pan in the oil and then add the minced meat. Fry everything well, stir in the tomato paste and then deglaze with the water. Add the spices and briefly bring to the boil again. Then take it off the stove.
  • Preheat the oven to 240 °. Use a larger casserole or large flat cake pan. First fill this with a layer of chips and sprinkle some grated cheese over it. Spread several spoons of the mince on top and cover them again with a layer of chips. Repeat the same sequence again and end with a layer of chips. Then sprinkle them lavishly with the rest of the cheese and bake everything in the oven for about 10 minutes.
  • Mix all the ingredients well for the dip and serve with it ..... This "after work snack" was, however, a substitute for dinner with us .... ;-)))
