Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g dandelion leaves, young shoots
- 50 g almonds
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ lemon(s), the juice
- 50 g cheese, grated Emmental 45%
- 6 tbsp olive oil, more if needed
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions

Wash the leaves and shake well. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper and transfer to a small jar. Top with 1 teaspoon of oil to increase shelf life. Store in a cool, dark place (refrigerator).
