Dandelion vegetables

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g dandelion
  • salt water
  • 1 shot of olive oil (strong shot)
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

It’s best to use young dandelions. Remove the roots and lower stem from the dandelion. Wash thoroughly. Place in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Stir frequently. Place the dandelions in a sieve and let the water drain. Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with a generous splash of olive oil. Add salt if desired.
