- 1 kg nettles, young tips
- 1 onion(s)
- Fat
- Flour
- Salt
- lemon juice
- Garlic
- possibly broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
very healthy and costs almost nothing
Wash the nettles and boil for about 2 minutes, strain (reserving the cooking liquid) and, if necessary, pass through a sieve. Roast the finely chopped onion in fat until translucent, dusting lightly. Add the nettles and pour in the cooking liquid (or broth). Add salt, lemon juice, and garlic to taste.
