Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 1 pack of cherry tomatoes
- some sea salt
- some pepper, black
- some olive oil, good
- 1 bowl of garden cress (organic)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Avocado with cherry tomatoes, vegetarian, simple and delicious, fresh
Remove the skin from the avocado – either peel it or carefully scoop it out with a tablespoon. Then slice it and arrange it on a plate. Wash and halve the cherry tomatoes, then arrange them on the plate. Drizzle with olive oil and season with a little sea salt and pepper. Sprinkle the garden cress generously over the top. Serve as a vegetarian main course with whole-grain bread or something similar, or as a side dish to meat.
