  • 250 g flour, fine

  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 eggs
  • Coconut oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Gradually combine the ingredients and use a teaspoon to scoop out small balls. Fry them in Palmin. If you have one, you can use a pan suitable for apple skiver and turn them over with a skewer.
