- 4 slices of toast
- 2 tsp margarine
- 8 slice(s) ham, raw
- 100 g cheese, Nørvind in slices
- ½ bell pepper(s), yellow
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
Instructions

First, preheat the oven to 250°C (482°F). Wash and deseed the bell peppers, and cut them into thin strips. Toast the slices until golden brown, spread them with margarine, and cut them in half—into squares, not diagonal triangles! Top each slice with ham and cheese. Place them on a baking sheet and bake briefly so the cheese melts but doesn’t brown. Remove the sandwiches from the oven, garnish with bell pepper strips, and serve as an appetizer or with sparkling wine or wine.
