Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g cheese (Danish hard cheese)
  • 500 g cocktail tomatoes
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • some mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Party hit, low carb – suitable

Dice the cheese and tomatoes. Mix the remaining ingredients to make a dressing. Combine everything in a bowl. Refrigerate the salad. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
