Crunchy muesli with chocolate rice pops

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g spelled flakes, whole grain
  • 250 g oat flakes, wholegrain
  • 250 g flaxseed (golden flaxseed)
  • 125 g hemp seeds
  • 200 g rice pops, chocolate
  • 50 g sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Mix all ingredients together. Store in a dry place. Tastes great, and you know what’s in it! I bought the ingredients at a health food store. Since packages like spelt flakes come in 500g packages, I always use twice the amount called for in the recipe. It does make a huge amount of muesli, but it keeps well. The muesli tastes delicious unsweetened. We always add fresh fruit. If you like, you can also add a bit of honey or cinnamon. It’s up to each individual. The ingredients themselves are also very easy to swap out. You can also use other seeds or nuts, dried fruit, or coconut chips—it’s entirely up to your own taste.
