Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 500 g minced meat, half and half
  • 40 g flour
  • 250 ml mineral water
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Add a little oil to a pan and fry the onion until golden brown. In a bowl, combine the minced meat with the flour. Slowly stir in the soda water until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add the egg, onion, salt, and pepper, cover the bowl, and let cool. Then form the dough into balls and fry in oil for about 15 minutes. Serve with boiled potatoes, pickled beets, or red cabbage.
