Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp caper water
- 1 tsp mustard, sweet
- 1 shallot(s)
- 2 tbsp chives
- 1 cucumber stick(s)
- ½ tsp curry
- Pinch(s) of ginger
- 1 tbsp apricot jam
- 1 tbsp yogurt
- ½ anchovy fillet(s) or anchovy paste, approx. 3 cm long
- lemon juice
