Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp caper water
  • 1 tsp mustard, sweet
  • 1 shallot(s)
  • 2 tbsp chives
  • 1 cucumber stick(s)
  • ½ tsp curry
  • Pinch(s) of ginger
  • 1 tbsp apricot jam
  • 1 tbsp yogurt
  • ½ anchovy fillet(s) or anchovy paste, approx. 3 cm long
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree all ingredients in a blender.
