Danish sand cake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 160 g sugar
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together the eggs and margarine. Slowly add the sugar and finally stir in the flour. Mix on high for at least 3 minutes, then pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour at 160°C.
