Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs, separated
  • 250 g sugar
  • 125 ml oil
  • 125 ml water
  • 200 g flour
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 cup whipped cream (200 g)
  • 2 cups of pudding (Dany & cream)
  • chocolate flakes

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 35 minutes

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Beat egg yolks with sugar, water, and oil until frothy. Then stir in the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder, and fold in the beaten egg whites. Pour into a springform pan and bake at approximately 180°C for 20 minutes. Then let cool. For the custard, whip the cream and stir in the Dany & Cream. Spread it over the cooled base and sprinkle with chocolate flakes.
