Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g wheat flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ can fried onions
  • 150 g bacon
  • 1 bottle of beer (dark beer)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix. Pour the batter into a loaf pan lined with baking paper. Bake at approximately 175°C for 1 hour.
