Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 12 shrimp(s), without shell
- 12 dates, dried, pitted
- 6 slices of breakfast bacon
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wrap 1 shrimp and 1 date each with ½ slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Briefly fry all skewers in a pan with a little oil on all sides until the bacon is nice and crispy.
