Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 100 g dates
- 100 ml water or soy milk
- 50 g cocoa powder, unsweetened
- 1 pinch of salt
- possibly cinnamon
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, no added sugar, quickly made in a blender
Chop the dates to a size suitable for a blender and blend them with the water. Then add the cocoa and salt. A pinch of cinnamon also works well. Using soy milk instead of water makes it creamier.
