Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 250 g sugar
  • 250 g almonds
  • 250 g dates
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Christmas goodies

Chop the almonds and cut the dates into small pieces. Beat the egg whites and sugar until stiff peaks form. Stir everything gently. Place small mounds on a greased baking sheet and bake at 110°C for 35 minutes.
