- Salt
- 180 g sugar
- 3 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 75 g almond(s), ground
- 75 g nuts, ground
- 250 g date(s), chopped

makes about 40 pieces
Beat the egg whites with the salt until stiff, then add the sugar and vanilla sugar, then fold in the almonds, nuts, and dates. Arrange the macaroons on the baking sheet and place small heaps of batter on each one. Bake the macaroons for 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 170°C. Cool on a wire rack.
