Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 150 g natural yogurt
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 can of tangerine(s)
  • 1 bar of chocolate (to taste)
  • 100 g chocolate shavings
  • n. B. Sweetener

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Melt the chocolate in the microwave and let it cool. Whip the cream until stiff. Drain the mandarins. Mix together the quark, sour cream, and yogurt. Fold in the stiffly whipped cream, sweeten if desired, and divide the mixture in half. Stir the chocolate into one half and the chocolate shavings into the other half. Layer in small bowls, first the dark quark cream, then the mandarins, and then the light quark cream. Tip: You can also stir some desiccated coconut into the light quark cream, but then add a little milk, as the desiccated coconut will absorb the liquid. Garnish with mandarins, if desired.
