Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 slices of toast
- 8 pinches of butter
- 4 slice(s) cooked ham (farmer’s ham)
- 6 bananas
- Tomato ketchup
- 8 slices of cheese (square toast slices)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Spread the slices of toast with butter. Halve the farmer’s ham slices and place one half on each slice of toast. Peel and slice the bananas. You’ll need 9 slices per toast, which is a little more than half a banana. Squeeze ketchup over the bananas. This works best with a squeeze bottle. Top with a slice of cheese and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 degrees Celsius (convection oven) combined with a grill for 5 to 10 minutes, until the cheese melts and is lightly browned. Our kids love this toast, and so do we!
