Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 vanilla pods, or 2 packs of vanilla paste
- 120 g flour
- 250 g cornstarch
- 100 g icing sugar, for dusting

Quickly knead the first five ingredients into a dough. Wrap in foil and refrigerate for half an hour. Form the dough into small balls and flatten with a fork. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes. Let cool on the parchment paper and dust with powdered sugar.
